Droid Concepts provides a customized version of the popular Android OS developed by Google Inc. The Droid Concepts ROM is based off the Android Open Source Project [AOSP]. Droid Concepts aims to provide features that are not included with a standard carrier based Android ROM. Some of those features include a custom settings app that provides many new features and improvements to the Android experience, a themed User Interface [UI], and various other fixes/improvements. If you should have any questions about our Android ROMs, please direct them to ROMS@DroidConcepts.com we will be happy to assist you in anyway possible. 

Droid Concepts also provides various Android applications that are available in the Google Play Store. All of our apps follow in the same principle ideas of Droid Concepts, and are aimed to provide you a great experience, that is easy to use. If you should have any questions or concerns about our Android applications, please direct them to Apps@DroidConcepts.com we will be more than happy to assist you and address any concerns. 

Objective

  • To educate our users about how Android functions and works. 
  • To provide resources that help the Android community. 
  • To assist our users with the best customer service possible.   

Project Constraints

  • Time, is our biggest constraint here at Droid Concepts. All of our team members have a life and job on top of trying to contribute and better the team. None of our members work in the Android or coding environment as a career. As a result everything we put in is on our spare time.
  • Funds, is another issue, we cannot afford to buy each new device that comes to market, so we rely on our upgrades and donations. So if you can spare a dollar or two we would love to further our support of other devices. 
  • Support, we need user support and input in order to continue this service and to make our version of Android the best it can be.

"Our ROM is modified and is capable of many things that stock ROMs cannot provide you. However, Droid Concepts is not  responsible for bricked devices, voided warranties dead SD cards, or any other that may arise as a result of you using  our product. If you do not understand something please ask or do some research. Droid Concepts will try to help you in  anyway we can to rectify the situation and get your device functioning, but remember you are choosing to make these  modifications to your device, so do not try to blame us."
